I didn't finish unpacking until Today. I went to Ikea with Kiet, Dan, Ben, and Lee on the 1st for the half year sales but I just moved, so I didn't really know what kind of furnitures I will need and how big they should be. Since all I had was just my bed and my desk, I couldn't really unpack either 'cause there is nowhere to unpack my stuff into, so I left most of my stuff in boxes. Then yesterday Chris gave me a ride to Ikea again, and I got myself a bookshelf and a TV stand. I'm going with a slick, stylish, modern black theme for my room, so I got a black comforter cover and pillow case set, along with various decorative items.
I bought myself a PS2 last week, so I just have been playing video games all week long. I was going to buy a TV too, but it's definitely out of my budget for now, so I'm just borrowing Dan's until he asks for it back. I setup this little entertainment area in my room where people can come over and player video games or watch movies. It's nice to have your own room and be able to do whatever you want with it.
I got a gym membership with Dan to 24 Hr Fitness. I'm an add-on to his account, and I'm only paying $23 a month. It's actually a really good deal. So, Ben, Dan, and I went workout for the first time with our membership. It was fun and I'm definitely enjoying it. It's only a few blocks down from our apartment complex, but it's still too far to walk. Once I get my car, I'll be able to go more often on my own, since Dan likes to go during the day, and I would much rather go at night.
