+ Rally Against Hate

Today Diego, Dan, Kiet, Hide, Lee, and I went to the Rally Against Hate put on by the San Diego LGBT Community Center and San Diego Pride in response to the attack on six gay men happened last Sunday after the Pride festival. There were a lot of major political people there, and the rally was pretty nice I think. A way of saying that our community cares and we react when shit like this happens.

I wish my community was concerned like that. I live in such a rural place that attacks like that are kept quiet as to not attract bad press. Ugh. I wish I lived in a place where I could show my support.
